1996年浙江大学高分子化学与物理专业博士研究生毕业后进入复旦大学yl6809永利官网(原上医大)工作,任讲师、副教授和硕士生导师。2000年yl6809永利官网成立,即进入该学院工作至今。担任第一届本科生班主任和招收第一届研究生,2003年1月晋升为药剂学教授,创建医药用高分子与药物控释技术课题组。于2004年应邀到美国佐治亚理工大学开展合作研究;2013-2015 受欧盟玛丽居里国际引进人才基金资助,应聘到英国利兹大学工作2年。曾担任yl6809永利官网首届团委书记、学生工作负责人,担任学院党支部/总支部/党委副书记十余年。
在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇,获中国专利授权10余项,主编出版专著和教材多部。受聘为全国高等学校药学专业研究生规划教材学术审定稿委员会委员(为包括7名院士在内的24 名委员之一)和首次全国高等学校药学类研究生规划教材《药用材料》主编。
已指导毕业硕士60名(其中全日制学生45名),博士11名,在读硕士研究生6名,博士研究生7名。据不完全统计:所指导的研究生获上海市及学校颁布的三好学生、优秀学生党员、优秀毕业生等荣誉称号25余人次;获国家奖学金14余人次,其它奖学金20余人次;多人次获全国性比赛(诺基亚创意大赛全国比赛)三等奖,中国药学会大会优秀论文三等奖及上海市药剂学年会暨青年论文报告会一等奖等。2018年有3位研究生获得国家奖学金。
